1. The birth of the Solvimo Real Estate Network

Born from the experiences of its founder, the Solvimo Real Estate Network was launched in October 2001, initially as a pilot agency near Paris' La Defense neighborhood, designed to act as a catalyst for the expansion of the brand. For nearly two years this pilot agency served as a laboratory for the launch of the Solvimo franchise.
In 2003 the network counted enough members to begin interconnecting at the national level.
January 2006: Solvimo enters the French Franchise Federation: A pledge of seriousness for any real estate network.
January 2009: Solvimo launches its first TV campaign on TF1.
January 2010: Solvimo launches its second TV campaign on France 2.

2. Performance thanks to people

Olivier Alonso, President and Founder of the Solvimo Group, has worked hard to ensure the company's headquarters are staffed with employees guaranteed to ensure its success. Numerous divisions have been established in support of the real estate network

proper, including Network Development, which oversees a rigorous selection of new franchises and makes location decisions; the Legal Department, Administration, Network Coordination (including a group that spans the entire country), Marketing (including an integrated franchise setup unit); as well as New Technologies, which is responsible for designing and implementing the various web tools used by Solvimo's agencies and individual customers.
In accordance with the express wishes of its President, Solvimo requires every employee in the corporate office to have a strong working knowledge of the real estate profession. Whence his personal motto: "In a market that is becoming increasingly complex, real estate professionals must have rock solid skills, and must be ready to seek training and retraining on a perpetual basis."
Each Solvimo agency employs an average of 3-5 professionals, and thus as of today the Solvimo Group indirectly employs about 600 people nationwide.
Solvimo agencies specialize in: brokering, managing and leasing homes, apartments, buildings and land, as well as related products and services such as designing and implementing property-based tax shelters.

In strict accordance with laws requiring individual professional liability insurance and certification, Solvimo sales agents are highly vigilant regarding the seriousness of prospective buyers and offers, as well as adherence to legal obligations governing sellers. In order to satisfy such obligations and maintain a spotless image for the real estate profession, every Solvimo agent is responsible for maintaining a complete knowledge of all legal requirements, conducts himself or herself in a highly professional manner, and above all strives to provide the highest level of oversight, assistance and support at every stage of the brokerage process, right through to closing with the notaries. Above and beyond the professionalism guaranteed by Solvimo franchises, it's the quality of their service and their proximity to their clients, buyers, sellers, renters and landlords that truly enables them to standout in their field. They constantly strive to listen and respond to your questions, and take into account your wishes and needs.

4. Efficiency and Commitment

To ensure our clients needs are satisfied at every stage, Solvimo has designed and instituted both a Charter of Ethics and a Client Contract.

  • Charter of Ethics
    Our Charter is designed to spur our agents to share their clients' needs with their colleagues. Why? Take the example of a customer in Paris, who effectively has no voice in Toulouse... After all it's not easy to visit properties in a far flung city in person! That is why the Solvimo Paris agency will always ask its counterpart in Toulouse to forward complete information (descriptions, photos, vitural tours, etc.) about properties that meet the Paris-based client's needs in terms of location, size, number of rooms, price, and so on. Naturally this service is totally free and entails no commitment from the prospective buyer, but is rather designed to enable him or her to select those properties in advance that are most of interest to eventually visit in person.
     
  • Charter of Commitment
    Based on Solvimo's intensive, upfront studies of virtually every aspect of client needs, a suite of services have been developed and instituted enabling the real estate transaction process to unfold without a hitch.
    Take for example our Appraisal 48 service.
    All it takes is one simple, no-obligation phone call to have a Solvimo agent come to your home, apartment or land to conduct an expert appraisal. Solvimo appraisers cover virtually every relevant aspect of your property and list estimated values based on their near total knowledge and experience of your neighborhood and city or town, in addition to their knoweldge of comparable deals.
     
  • Charter of Quality
    Our Quality Charter is tangible proof of the "ready-to-listen" mindset that drives our employees, and the "Quality Checks" each of our clients, be they buyers or sellers, receive throughout each transaction. This communication tool was designed by Solvimo to ensure that our clients are able to express their satisfaction and needs not only during the real estate transaction process, one of the most life-changing deals they typically make, but also on the reception they received at the Solvimo branch. "Quality Checks" are forwarded to the group's head office for analysis and review by the executive team, and results are then distributed back to the relevant agencies. Obviously the main goal of this quality review process is to improve upon where possible the main planks of Solvimo's Charter of Quality, including primarily Listening, Service, Legal Compliance and Client Support. Furthermore, as major themes regarding customer expectations arise from the quality check review process, these are also immediately taken into account by the executive management team.
     
  • Charter of Client Satisfaction
    Solvimo takes customer satisfaction seriously, as witnessed in the fact that it regularly polls and verifies the satisfaction of agency clients using surveys developed by IFOP, a recognized and respected surveying institute.
     - In 2008, 97% of the clients who bought and/or sold via a Solvimo branch agency declared themselves to be satisfied.
     - In 2010, we improved this figure even more by reaching 98% client satisfaction.
