For a second time the Solvimo network has surveyed our buyer and seller customers for their opinions about the quality of our services.
IFOP has just published the results of this survey conducted January 4-6, 2010 with customers who had bought or sold a property with one of our Solvimo agents in the previous 12 months.
We are thrilled to announce that our customer satisfaction rates are excellent in every category, including:
- Listening skills: 99% satisfied*
- Trust inspired by the agency: 98% satisfied*
- Welcome agency provided: 99% satisfied*
- Agency effectiveness: 98% satisfied*
- Quality of support provided during project: 97% satisfied*
Regarding these results, the Solvimo Group's President Olivier Alonso has stated that:

The IFOP survey was conducted by phone using a Computer Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) system, from January 6-8, 2010, with 501 Solvimo network customers who had bought or sold a property in the previous 12 months.
